Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Christian Picciolini is a world-renowned leader in the field of extremism intervention, prevention, and disengagement. He trains government and law enforcements agencies throughout the world in the most effective approaches to countering violence- and hate-based movements. Christian was recently appointed by the Cook County of Illinois United States Attorney's Office to perform the U.S.'s first court-mandated "intervention" of a hate crime perpetrator. He helped launch exit programs in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Slovakia.
Christian Picciolini has both the experience of being a former violent extremist and of working in the intervention and disengagement space for over twenty years. His skillset in regards to understanding and applying methodologies in this field of study and practice is unparalleled. Picciolini is highly sought after for his knowledge, insight, and abilities in developing highly functional community-based counter-violence programs. He has testified before Congress on white nationalist terrorism and makes regular appearances in media outlets like BBC, CNN, MSNBC, the Washington Post, The Atlantic, VICE, and NPR.
